Hey all. So I picked up a 14SB with a Kawasaki today!!! It runs but seems to have a clog in or near the fuel shut off valve. Can get any fuel out of it, but I can get it out of the bottom of the tank. ANYWAY... It will not let me crank the mower unless the blade brake control is engaged to spin the blades. Since this mower is new to me, I am hoping that someone may be able to help me out on this. Also, if anyone ha a lead on some rear wheels, that would be awesome too! Thanks in advance.
