Digital Multimeter Basics from B&S

With all of the posts lately about safeties and wiring issues causing no starts, I found this manual from B&S which shows the basic operation of a digital multimeter. For folks with little experience testing electrical components or for those who just need a refresher, take a look at this manual. I will use it as a reference guide.
