Kawasaky 16hp missfire

Hi there, my 2nd mower broke, it is missfire, I got new sparks plug, did one lawn and the turn carbon black, I try adjusting it doe not work, however if I put my finger on carb throat engine work very good, missfire goes away , any diea what could be wrong ? Thank you
