The pto gearbox (I believe Walker part #8050) is bolted to the frame with 4 bolts which go up through the frame into the bottom of the gearbox. About 2 months ago the bolts must have gotten loose... three sheared off, and one was just loose. I removed the gearbox (major pita), and was able to remove two of the sheared bolts from the gearbox case with easy out. I had to drill the third bolt out which messed the treads in the case up. I ran a tap in that hole, but it was obviously...
