I got a km110r powerhead that was stalling at idle occasionally and sounded like it had a miss at WOT. I've already cleaned the air filter and the muffler screen so I started tweaking the carb a bit. Are the factory settings for H and L both only 3/4 turn out? The carb adjustment screws look like a phillips head and if I try to turn them beyond one full turn, they make a clicking/ratcheting sound. Is this normal or can they be adjusted beyond one turn out?
