tilt a horizontal Honda GX back = oil in gas every time!?

I have a Honda GX horizontal on my slice seeder that seems like every time I tilt it back, it floods oil into the gas and won't run. I have to drain all the oil and gas and clean oil from the carb and dry out the cylinder and put new oil (and I don't have an extension pipe on the oil drain which is me having no choice but to spill ~2 cups of oil on the floor and clean it up. But I can just use compression pipe...
