Pressure washer help

Hey guys I need some help with a pressure washer. It works great but it's gotten to when you release the handle to stop washing it doesn't releave itself, hope I'm saying that right. It doesn't do it all the time and I know its not good on the pump. Here's a pic of the pump. Do I need the get another pump of can I rebuild this one.
