Exmark Navigator deck noisy

I have an Exmark Navigator (42" deck)and it seems to me the deck is awful noisy. There are no belts running the spindles so they must be gears but I can't find any info in the manual about lubricating the gears.
Anyone on here have a Navigator that can enlighten me.
