I flipped my ride on on the side to swap belts and didnt really concider were i was flipping it, i ended up having it airfliter side down and exhaust is on the front so it was rotated 90% to the left, im assuming the oil has run over something, i took the hoses off the cylinder under the air filter, and drained all the excess oil and replaced it and a clean filter, tryed to start it but nothing, its frozen like it has to much compression for the starter motor, witch makes me think...
