Problem With New Pressure Washer Echo Bearcat PW4000

I had Kubota order me the Echo Bearcat PW4000. I open box, top of box looks like had some oil on it. Not much maybe a cap. Take pressure washer out put it together. I notice a small amount of oil beside where you put oil in. I don't think much of it no oil anywhere else.
I fill tank with Non-ethanol gas. Go inside to download owners manual ( The box was missing manual ) Come back outside mark a 5-gallon bucket at the 5-gallon line. Then I time how long to fill up from water hose. ( So can...
