13 year old Hyrdo WB with 43 hours - Purchase Questions

So I found a Gravely 52" hydro walk behind with a Kawasaki motor and a sulky for $2500. The mower looks great and of course I'm going to give it a test run. I'm buying it from a mom and pop dealership which looks pretty reputable. The story is a homeowner had it and just never used it. The deck and everything else looks new from the pictures.
