PTO switch

it has been cold outside so sometimes when i turn on the pto on my cheetah the blades don't go all the way up to full speed when i engage them at 3/4 throttle. i give it a bit more throttle and they spin up fine. it doesn't always do that just sometimes. it never did that all this season when the weather was warmer.

also the past couple of days i've engaged the blades a few times and there is a pause for a few seconds before the blades kick on. it's like i pull up the pto and nothing...
