1985 9 HP B&S need electric start

I recently purchased a 1985 Jacobsen seeder model 524 w/ a 9 HP I/C cast iron bore engine.

This Engine - model 233452, type 1152-11, code 8507191 - is difficult to pull start.
1. Is there an add on starter option for this engine?
Starter upgrade info requested.
Has anyone started a similar engine w/ a 20 volt nut driver?
How does it connect to the B&S starter clutch?
Turn over OK?
