Scag Cheetah fuel gasket recall?

I went to put gas in my cheetah this morning and gas started coming out from around the gaskets on top and on the side of one of the tanks. i took off the broken part of each gasket. they were cracked about 3/4 of the way around. both gaskets were bulging out from the tank and not sitting flush like the other side is.

also at the dealer there was another cheetah there for service and i noticed on of it's fuel grommets were bulging out from the tank too.

i'm guessing this is some faulty...
