can you mod a kawasaki 15 manual start and make it electrical start?

I know this is in-depth and not an average question but I am wondering if an exmark turf tracer im looking at could be converted to electric start? Will the flywheel work to be converted? They pull hard, but i was told by my mechanic that they all pull hard?
