Snapper V21 blade mounting question

I am missing the original bolt, and washers for this V21 Snapper push mower with a 3.5hp Briggs. It had a fender washer on the bottom of the blade, and it caved in. I had to cut it off. Thinking I will find a washer to fill the small gap between the bottom of the blade and the shaft, and use a fender washer, and a regular washer over that with the bolt to hold it on.



Any thoughts?
