Brand New Kawasaki FH770D KAI Replacement Engine Leaking Oil

Just as the title says, I have a brand new, under 1 hour, Kawasaki engine leaking oil from the rear cover just above the oil filter. I wanted to go with a Kohler but the shop in Middle Tennessee advised it would cost more because I would need a new clutch and control cable so I decided to go with a Kawasaki as they said they never see problems with them.
