I have a older Great Dane Surfer. Last fall the bearings went bad in the PTO so i replaced it with a new one. Over the last month or so it has been taking more RPMS to get it to engage. Now the first few lawns in the morning it works OK but later in the day it seems to take more rpms to get it to engage. Sometimes late in the day it will not engage unless i let it sit for for about 20 minutes. But the next morning it starts all over again. I've replaced the PTO toggle and also the key switch...
