kohler cv740-0005 swap with kohler cv-750-0018

hi there, long time lurking in the background learning from all the great posts on the site. we just purchased our first ZTR - a Bush Hog pz3061 with a kohler 30hp (cv-750-0018) engine on it.

I'm looking to get rid of our old worthless garden tractor with a good Kohler cv740-0005 in it.

if the old engine could fit the new ZTR I will pull it and scrap/sell the rest of the mower so I have a backup engine. from what I have been able to find the mounts look the same, however I can't confirm...
