Have a 02 f-350, dumped a couple yards of topsoil and can’t get the body down, when I hit the down button the valve engages and body drops a few inches and won’t go past that point, have tried pulling it down with a large Rachet strap but won’t work, after hitting the down button and it stopping I unscrewed the hose at the pump and there was zero pressure in it.
