Engine Oil- API Classification Does it matter?

Wondering if the API classification really matters. My Hustler with Kawasaki FR651V recommends using API Classification SF, SG,SH,SJ or SL. I have used 10w-30 Quaker State which has an SN classification.

Does it matter? Have to do an oil change so wondering if I should switch?
