motor swap from Ferris to Bob-Cat

I have a Ferris mower with a Kawasaki FH381v engine that runs great but the mower is trashed. I also have a Bob-Cat mower that has a bad engine, Kohler Command Pro CH15, but the mower works like a champ. I was thinking of taking the Kawasaki motor off and swaping it over to the bob-cat mower. Does anyone know if the shaft size and mounting locations are the same and if this is possible? Thanks
