Need help with my Kombi 94

Lately it started losing power, so i sprayed it with that blaster stuff. It wouldnt run at all after that. The screen (spark arrestor?) was caked so i cleaned, and also cleaned the cylinder walls. Still no dice, doing same thing, starts to sputter after 1/2 throttle. So i changed the spark plug, no dice. So i cleaned the carb, no dice. I think i have a new user name.
I tried adjusting the H on the carb adjust, but i dont have a tool. I bought a 4mm socket per the guy on youtube, but...
