Billy Goat Leaf Vac

So I acquired a Billy Goat Leaf Vac with a 16 HP Vanguard motor recently and was going to do a tune up on it since when I purchased it it hadn't been started in a long time and it took quite a few pulls to get her going but once it fired off it idled smooth and reved up fine. I was going to do spark plugs, oil/oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, order a fuel pump just in case, clean out the gas tank, and replace the crank case vent hose as it had cracks in it.
