FH680V 23 HP Kawasaki Charging issues

I am reaching out. I kept having to charge my machine to keep it running. I finally found time to start finding the issue. I first noticed I was not getting 12+ DC to the battery from the regulator/rectifier. I checked the AC coming into the unit and had 15 ac. I took the flywheel off and all the magnets had fallen off and caused damage to the stator.
I replaced the stator and bought a good used flywheel off E-bay.
