Piston pitting on a Briggs can I still run it

Engine was blowing oil back out the intake I found good used head I am putting on them I am doing new rings. When I got in the engine I noticed some pitting on one side the sides of the piston are fine just top and the cylinder is great engine is a Briggs 097772 0318 A2 View attachment 357911 View attachment 357912 View attachment 357912
