I have a jacto cd400 backpack sprayer. I dont think i got it cleaned out well after a preemergent app. Even toward the end of me spraying it would only spray as i pumped the handle. It wouldnt pump up. The handle was super hard to pump and wouldnt pump unless the trigger was down. I took the chamber out and tried to clean some stuff up and i pushed a little ball valve and all the air released from the chamber. I cleaned it all up and put it back together. Now it will pump but no...
