Picked up a older toro with the kawi fj180v looks to be in great shape overall i paid $30 as is .... checked all the simple stuff the fly wheel was a little rusty cleaned that up pulled the plugs no change pulled the blade cover only thing i see is the top belt is a little tight my problem is it doesn't turn over smooth there's some sort of drag
