Hustler Z break drum removal

Not sure if this is the right spot or not??? I have 3 Hustler Super Z a guy gave me as the hydros and wheel motors were bad. Well its down to just wheel motors now. I'm not sure of the process in removing the break drum. I was told there is a certain order/process in getting this off? I read one post from a while back, but the instructions were email so not posted to see. Any help would be great.
