My echo pe-200 will not start. I'm pretty experienced with small engines. It was run without an air filter for a while (by my crew). I first replaced the whole carb, gaskets, fuel filter, fuel line, spark plug etc. It was unreliable for a day and my crew insisted I rip it apart again. I found the wrong gasket on the carb.
