hydro gear zt5400 leak

I bought a used mower that is only 2 years old and 1100 hours. on the linkage there is sign of oil leak on the linkage of the hydro pump. I looked up layout of pump on hydro gear website and behind the linkage theres a seal that seems like the problem. Is this common on these?
