Briggs Vanguard Missing/Black Smoke

Hey guys, I have a Briggs Vanguard EFI that when it gets warmed up, is spitting and sputtering and blowing black smoke once it gets warmed up.

It was brand new last year, on a Ferris SRS Z2 with oil guard.

Any suggestions? Dealer "couldn't replicate the issue"
