Toro WB

Hey everyone. I just got a toro 48 WB given to me by a friend. It starts in the first pull every time. I have never ran a WB before and I'm just wondering if any of you toro guys could give me advice, what year this machine is? The tires are low on air I'm not sure how much psi to fill it in. And overall any advice would help me allot thank you
