Stihl BR 420 Blower Flooding

I have a 420 blower that keeps flooding. I've took it to the dealer twice, and they have yet to find the problem. They last time they said it was probably trash in carb. It ran on the first yard this morning, second yard wouldn't start. I tried several more times throughout the day, flooded every time. Any suggestions?
