Honda HRC216 2 HXA, 1600 hrs
One end of the “final shaft” from the transmission is fairly worn out and the right rear wheel wobbles badly. I need to either replace the “final shaft” (approx $66 plus gaskets and seals) or the whole transmission (approx $400). Changed the transmission oil every 300 to 400 hrs, transmission has no other issues.
With that many hours, is it better to replace the whole transmission or is it fairly easy to open it up and to change the final shaft? Never...
