Kohler Ignition Modules

i am experiencing what seems to be a weak spark in one cylinder of my 2006 CH 730, on my Exmark Lazer. I cleaned all of the terminals this past spring so they should not be the issue. One plug is darker with some fouling, the other is 'picture perfect'. The issue seems to be intermittent. When the season is over in a couple weeks I intend to access the coils and test them against the values in the factory engine book.
