Walker 26HP EFI Fuel Rail Leaking

As the title states,the fuel rail is cracked and leaking.Has anyone changed one? Can it be done without removing the entire shroud(engine cover)? With the shroud out of the way,its a simple fix. Not sure if the entire shroud needs to come off which cannot be done without removing the engine(or so it looks to me)Can it be done without removing the engine?
