Struggle up hill

I've got a 2015 exmark walk behind, belt drive. The last few weeks it has struggled up any sort of incline to the point where I have to literally push it.

It also seems to be going a tad slower than normal on level ground.

Everything is greased regularly, my gut is some sort of belt but Im not sure where to start.
