Fx651v Kawasaki not running smoothly out of no where

So out of no where it started... idle slightly up and down up and down. Full throttle the same.

If I choke it approximately half it smooths it out.

Checked air filter and ran without air filter and still the same.

It's under warranty but I don't really wish to take it in and have it gone for a few days for something simple.
