Gravely Tractor full of dust

I have a gravely ZT-52hd model #991083 with a kawasaki FR651v motor. I run a small lawncare business and cut about 4 or 5 average size lawns a week. I have had the machine for 2 years and it is currently out of service and needs a new motor because the dust coming from the bagger dumps directly onto the motor.
I complained about this shortly after I bought the machine, but they told me it was ok. I have also had the vendor do regular service to the machine, including a tune up last month.
