I have a 2010 Dixie Chopper Silver Eagle I bought last year. They guy had it as a backup mower and it ended up sitting around for a few years. Only has 20 hours on it and it look like new.
It ran when I picked it up but wouldn't idle. I could see the slime in the stale fuel tanks. Here's what I've done so far.
Cleaned fuel tanks
New carburetor
New fuel pump
All rubber fuel line and filter
Replaced spark plugs
Change oil and filter
It running quite well and mowing great....
