Changing Kawasaki 19HP to 23HP on a Wright Stander

I have a Wright Stander model WSR52 with a Kawasaki FH580V 19 HP Engine. The engine is smoking really bad and is in need of a rebuild I just found a fairly new Kawasaki FH661V 23 Hp motor from what I can see it will fit but the shaft sizes are different. Has anyone ever swapped from a 19hp to 23hp and have any idea what I would need for clutch and pulley to make it work?
