Quiktrak 652R

Hello Guys, Been having a little problem with my lift block. sometimes It will get jammed in the up position and I can't lower the deck. The only way to lower is pull the spring out and it will release. It goes up and down 180 times a week every week. There is no zerk besides in the ball joint in the front part of lift block, it gets jammed back by the handle.

Any ideas would be wonderful.
