So I just picked up a used LT 1018 for a very cheap price. The previous owner said that the PTO clutch was making noises and also one of the spindle bearings are making some noises. FYI, he replaced the original 18.5 engine with a 15 hp Kohler command craftsman edition. The spindle bearings are no problem to replace for me. My question is, without me taking it off and Id'ing it, could the original PTO clutch be on the mower or do you need a new/different pto clutch with...
