i have a 29hp kohler efi ecv860 engine. i have about 100hrs on it now. today i went to clean out the air filter and to my surprise there was no inner air filter only an outer one. is this normal for this engine?
i looked at the owner's manual and all it says about the inner air filter is "if equipped".
is it supposed to have the inner and outer air filter or just the outer only?
