I Need a Ogura 3.5 MC07 Electric Clutch

I have a Scag Wildcat that has been having problems with the electric clutch and I need to get another one. Any suggestions on where I can get a Ogura 3.5 MC07 clutch? The Scag part# is 461660. I would rather not go through the dealer if possible.
