Had an issue with this trimmer a couple weeks ago. I took to the dealer & basically they said they cleaned the carbon out of it and told me to run it wide open more.
Ok, but it still seems very slow or hesitates to gain rpm if you pull the trigger. Once it gets to wot, it seems ok. But I question rather or not it is running at the full rpms it ounce was. This trimmer is 1 year old and has not been used all that much. I use nonethanol fuel (90 octane).
