Cub Cadet 2004 M60 (Charging, PTO)

I have a 2004 M60 Cub Cadet with a kawaski 25 HP motor. After mowing for a while I experience the PTO not re engaging. I have replace the PTO switch, the battery and the ignition switch and no help. Also the battery continues to get discharged.

Need advice, help please.
