I have a john deere GX1320 48 inch walk behind pull start mower with no battery. yesterday the blades wouldnt engage, i have tested the pto clutch, it is good, i have also tested out all the safety switches and they are good. After some troubleshooting, i found that i am getting 14.4 volts form the magneto, and only about 9 volts at the key switch, but when it is put under a load, the voltage drops to 4-5 volts.
