TORO 4100 cutting issue

I have a center deck issue. We can be mowing along and it just stops, then itll resume. Sometimes we need to lift both wing decks up to restart. Other time, when it did stop, we'll try to start the deck with the wings up and we here click, but nothing, then itll go. Assuming electrical issue as the decks have hydro motors to each deck?

We have checked fuses, connectors etc but all look good but just not sure.
